October is turning out to be a very busy month. The month began with an opening at Soho Photo for my portfolio Images Alone. I leave for Chicago next week on a freelance assignment. In between I went to a very awesome wedding.

George and Merica were married at the beginning of October in New Haven. They are two of the most fun and real people I have had the pleasure of knowing. They are musicians, gourmands, photographers and connoisseurs of life.

Of all the weddings I have been too and of all the people I have seen get married, these two surely seem to belong together. They are two of a kind and they are one of the fortunate few to have found their true partners.  George and Merica I am looking forward to your 50th wedding anniversary!

Previously he was the head photographer at The New York Public Library and he was a photo editor at Natural History magazine from 1992 - 2000. He currently lives in Maplewood, NJ.
