There is a difference, a big difference between capturing an image and creating an image. So far in my Reflected Landscape series I do what I have been doing for years, I go out into the world and look for a scene to photograph. This is not any different than street photography where you walk around and wait for elements to come together to create picture that you can capture with your camera. With the Reflected Landscape images so for, I walk up and down streets looking at reflections in car windows.
I want to have little more control over the images. I recently bought a mirror and attached an adapter that allowed me to mount it on a light stand. I took this outside in hopes of having some control over the reflections I capture. It is a very tricky process. But this Sunday I got some promising results.
