I think most of my books start off as imaginary. What I mean by that is that I usually have a bunch of orphan images around my desktop or drive and then I just start combining them. Sometimes I get ideas or sometimes I play with a poetic phrase and combine images with the phrase in mind. What I wind up with is a few page spreads from a book I could pursue towards some sensible end. I think I will share these every once in awhile.

This spread above is from an imaginary book I would like to call, The Light From Stars. With a zen spirit delve into all the meaning and connotations or ramifications and histories that the phrase implies in general and also specifically to you and your life. Then look at the images. Do the pictures take you further along your thoughts? Do they offer a new path? Will you follow it?
