The family and I are off to Martha’s Vineyard next week for a little get away during my son’s spring break from High School. It looks like the weather will be cloudy with some showers. Not exactly beach walking weather. But still I always find picture making opportunities.
I just finished my first sequencing for FOS #5 which I think will be called, “90 Miles To Cuba”. In the past I usually digitally thumb through the sequence several hundred times and tweak things. “Oh, that doesn’t look good there; “That picture should have more contrast if it is going next to that picture,” etc. This time I am going to do something a little different. The original sequence is on my work Mac. On my Mac Book Air I am going to install the Bookwright app and basically start all over again with the sequencing. Maybe getting a little feedback from family members who happen to be around the cabin on Martha’s Vineyard. Will it be totally different – probably not. Maybe I will get a little nuance between photos? Who knows.
I’ll still probably digitally thumb through that sequence too a hundred times. Do I then merge the 2 or throw one out? Interesting question. I’ll fill you in after I am back
